What is the MSME Digitalisation Grant?
The Madani PMKS Digital Grant (GDPM) / MSME Digitalisation Grant is an initiative grant provided by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance in collaboration with Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation Sdn Bhd (MDEC), and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to assist Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (PMKS) in utilising digital services in their daily business operations (“Initiative”).
As announced in the Madani Budget 2025, the Government will provide a matching grant of up to 50% of the invoice amount or up to RM5,000 for eligible PMKS/MSME to assist them to subscribe to digital services aiming at enhancing business competitiveness and productivity.

What is Required?
Identification
A copy of the Identification Card or Passport of Director(s) / Partner(s) / Proprietor(s) of the MSME / applicant appointed by the Co-op, whichever is applicable.
Business License
For MSME, a copy of the registration license with SSM or PBT (Companies Act 2016).
For Co-op, a copy of the SKM registration certificate.
Supporting Documents
Latest audited account statement or latest financial management account statement or MSME/Co-op bank statement for the last two (2) months.
Invoice
A Proforma Invoice (Quotation) issued by us.
How to Apply?
📅 Grant applications open on 1 August 2025 via the Funding Societies website.

A. Log In into im✻PACT and Subscribe
- Sign Up/Login here using your account.
- Click the Subscription button at the top bar.
- Select a plan that best fits your needs.
- Select the Subscribe with Madani Digital Grant 2025.
- Click the Submit button to apply.
- A Proforma Invoice will be sent to your email.
B. Apply the Grant on Funding Societies
- Navigate to Funding Societies Digital Grant website
- Step 1 of 4: Select Your Digitalisation Partner (DP)
- Digitalisation Area: Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Name of DP: MyKongsi Sdn Bhd
- Total Invoice Amount: [Total amount in Proforma Invoice]
- Upload our Proforma Invoice document.
- Click the Next button.
- Step 2 of 4: Company Details
- Enter your company details.
- Click the Next button.
- Step 3 of 4: Applicant Details
- Enter the applicant’s details. Must match with supporting documents.
- Click the Next button.
- Step 4 of 4: Document Upload
- Upload all required supporting documents.
- Click the Next button.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Funding Societies.
C. Final Steps
- Look out for an approval email from Funding Societies.
- Follow the steps in the email to make your payment.
- Once payment is received, we’ll activate your subscription.
- That’s it — you’re all set!
