What this does

Clarifies the current availability of invoice creation in the active IMPACT web, mobile, and marketplace applications.

Current access and functionality

Verified against the current impact-web, impact-client, and impact-marketplace code on 2026-05-07.
impact-web does not currently expose a Sales > Invoices route or invoice editor.
impact-client does not currently expose an invoice creation screen.
impact-marketplace creates marketplace orders during checkout, but those orders are separate from customer invoices.
Any invoice creation workflow described in older material should be treated as legacy or planned until the matching sales module is deployed.

Use impact-marketplace checkout for marketplace template purchases.
Review marketplace purchase history from Order History after signing in.
Request billing or e-invoice information where the marketplace account pages expose it.
Use external accounting or invoicing tools for customer invoices until IMPACT exposes the sales invoice module.

Issue: The user cannot find Sales > Invoices. Fix: This route is not present in the current target apps.
Issue: The user expects marketplace checkout to generate a customer invoice. Fix: Marketplace checkout creates a market order and purchased template access, not a general sales invoice.
