What this does

Clarifies that quotation conversion is not currently available in the active IMPACT web, mobile, or marketplace applications.

Current access and functionality

• Verified against the current impact-web, impact-client, and impact-marketplace code on 2026-05-07.
• impact-web does not currently expose quotation listing, quotation detail, or Convert to Invoice screens.
• impact-client does not currently expose quotation workflows.
• impact-marketplace product detail and checkout flows do not create customer quotations.

What users can do today

Use marketplace cart and checkout for template purchases, or manage quotations in an external sales/accounting system until IMPACT exposes a quotation module.

Common issues

• Issue: The user searches for Sales > Quotations. Fix: This route is not present in the current target apps.
• Issue: The user expects a marketplace item inquiry to become a quotation. Fix: Marketplace inquiries and purchases are separate from a quotation-to-invoice flow.
