How to use Marketplace in the mobile app

What this does
Use marketplace-related mobile screens to browse items, view item details, review owned inventory, check orders, and import supported template content where the app exposes an import flow.
Current access and functionality

- Purchase, ownership, entitlement, and import availability depend on account, workspace, item type, role, and destination feature.
- Some marketplace actions open
impact-marketplaceor are completed inimpact-web, especially when importing content into admin-managed workspace templates.
How to use marketplace content
- Open Marketplace from the mobile app where available, or open a marketplace/import action from a supported feature.
- Browse items or open owned inventory.
- Review item details, merchant information, version, language, price, and preview content.
- Complete purchase or acquisition through the supported marketplace flow.
- Open inventory or order history to confirm ownership.
- Import supported content into the destination feature only if your role and workspace permit it.
Common issues
- Issue: The marketplace opens outside the app. Fix: Some flows intentionally hand off to
impact-marketplace. - Issue: An owned item cannot be imported. Fix: Check item type, destination feature, workspace selection, and admin/management permission.
- Issue: A purchased template is missing in mobile. Fix: Confirm the same account is signed in and check inventory or order history in
impact-marketplace.
