How to use projects in the mobile app

What this does
Use impact-client to view assigned projects, inspect project details, open project tasks, review progress, and access related mobile project views.
Current access and functionality
- Verified against the current
impact-client,impact-web, andimpact-marketplacecode on 2026-05-07. - Mobile project access depends on workspace membership, project membership, role, and assignment.
- The mobile app includes project listing, project landing/details, project tasks, project members/SMEs, phases or milestones, risks, documents, surveys, statistics, dashboards, and selected Gantt-style planning screens where available.
- Project creation, deep configuration, template setup, MPP import, and some scheduling or admin actions remain web-first.
- Bookmarked projects and project cards can appear on the landing/home experience for quicker access.
How to use project views
- Confirm the correct workspace is selected.
- Open Projects from the landing/home quick actions or project card.
- Select a project from the list or bookmarked section.
- Review project summary, status, key dates, and progress indicators.
- Open project tasks to see the work assigned to you or your team.
- Use project subviews such as risks, phases/milestones, documents, surveys, statistics, or members where your access permits.
- Use
impact-webfor setup actions that are missing or read-only in mobile.
Common issues
- Issue: A project is missing. Fix: Check workspace selection, project membership, filters, and whether the user has permission to view the project.
- Issue: The user can view a project but not edit it. Fix: Project management actions depend on project role and may be web-first.
- Issue: A project template or marketplace import action is unavailable. Fix: Confirm the user has admin access and use the supported web or marketplace flow.
