Current access and functionality

• Partner Portal merchant, finance, payout, and operator workflows should be verified against the separate impact-portal codebase before publishing detailed user instructions.

What users can do today

For buyer-side marketplace actions, use impact-marketplace to browse, checkout, review orders, manage My Space / My Templates, billing preferences, reviews, and report history. For merchant-side portal actions, refer to portal-specific documentation after it has been verified against impact-portal.

Common issues

• Issue: A marketplace buyer is looking for the Partner Portal. Fix: Buyers use impact-marketplace, not the Partner Portal.
• Issue: A merchant instruction mentions finance or payout features. Fix: Verify it against impact-portal before treating it as current.
