What this does

Clarifies what payment collection means in the current IMPACT apps.

Current access and functionality

• Verified against the current impact-web, impact-client, and impact-marketplace code on 2026-05-07.
• The current target apps support marketplace checkout and order history.
• The current target apps do not expose invoice payment links, gateway onboarding for invoices, or bank reconciliation screens.

Recommended current workflow

1. For marketplace purchases, sign in to impact-marketplace, add items to cart, complete checkout, and confirm the purchase in Order History or My Templates.
2. For customer invoice payments, use an external payment or accounting tool until IMPACT exposes the finance module.

Common issues

• Issue: The user asks how to collect FPX/card/DuitNow payment on an invoice. Fix: That invoice collection flow is not present in the current target apps.
• Issue: The user completed marketplace checkout but cannot find a payment dashboard. Fix: Use marketplace Order History for purchase records.
