The survey engine makes it easy to gather feedback from team members for a variety of purposes. Questions can be pre-determined and scheduled to be sent multiple times, to several groups of respondents, whenever necessary. Notifications are provided to remind respondents, optimizing responsiveness. Collecting responses becomes frictionless like never before!
Besides collecting input, IMPACT presents the data in a more compelling manner. With the implementation of question scores, all responses can be summarized in graphs for a more intuitive presentation and better visualization.
Flexibility is another key concept in the design of our survey engine. It’s been designed to be used in different contexts. For example, using the survey engine, users can quickly set up a quiz for different participants and rank them based on the scores they receive. In IMPACT app, we are also integrating the survey engine with the skills assessment use case, so that team members can assess each other’s skills at the end of a project they are involved in. This allow each individual to be aware of their competency growth over time.
